Don Antonio Serrano, vecino de Santa María Nativitas, y don Antonio Suárez, vecino de San Felipe Ixtacuixtla, residentes en este pueblo, dijeron que don Mariano Suárez, otorgó escritura de obligación por la cantidad de 1, 246 pesos 4 reales 5 octavos, de la que hicieron hipoteca especial de sus 2 atajos de mulas y demás condiciones que se mencionaron, deuda que no pudieron pagar en su tiempo. Por lo que a través de la presente, se obligan a pagar dicha cantidad en el mes de septiembre de 1777, al Regidor don Juan Antonio de Cora
