Polonia de Rivilla, viuda, albacea y heredera de Juan de la Torre, vecina de este pueblo de Jalapa, informa que compró una casa, con 50 varas de fondo y 50 de frente, ubicada en el barrio Alto, con escritura de 27 de mayo de 1706, y al mismo tiempo de la compra, su prima Teodora de Zárate, le dio parte del dinero para la compra con la condición de cederle la mitad del solar, por lo que realiza esta declaración a favor de los herederos de la dicha Teodora.
