Juana Salazar, natural y vecina de esta Villa, hija legítima de Baltazar de Salazar y Rosa Márquez, difuntos, otorga su testamento donde declara estar casada con don Juan Lucas de Olavarrieta, de cuyo matrimonio no tuvieron hijos. Ordena que de los bines gananciales habidos en su matrimonio y que puedan corresponderle, dé a su hermana Rafaela Hernández, mujer de José Valero, y a sus seis hijos la cantidad de 1 400 pesos, 200 pesos a cada uno. Nombra como albacea y heredero universal a su marido don Juan Lucas.
