Pedro Hernández, vecino de Jalapa, hijo legítimo de Gabriel Martín y de doña Isabel de la Cruz, difuntos, ordena su testamento. Declara tener como bienes lo siguiente: 18 mulas aparejadas de lazo y reata, un caballo castaño, una casa de vivienda con su solar, 60 yeguas que cuida Juan de los Santos; asimismo declara ser heredero de la hacienda de cría de mulas nombrada la Ansonanchique que heredó de su madre. Nombra por sus albaceas testamentarias a José Felipe de Santiago y a su mujer Francisca Díaz de Becerra; también la nombra como tenedora de sus bienes.
