Don Francisco Javier Olartegochea, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, dijo que por fallecimiento abintestato de don Manuel Roldan, se procedió a la descripción y aseguramiento de sus bienes, de los que se hicieron liquidación del caudal que llevó la viuda de dicho Roldán al matrimonio y tutelas que corresponden a la menor María Dominga, hija de Francisco Xavier. Por lo que el otorgante declara ha recibido la cantidad de 401 pesos 2 reales y 1/8 de otro, mismos que se obliga a tener en su poder en depósito irregular, y devolverlos en dinero de contado para cuando la menor tenga la edad de poderlos recibir o a quien por ella sea parte, en razón de 5 % anuales, contados desde hoy.
