El Presbítero don Francisco de Campo, vecino de esta Villa, otorga arrendamiento a don Juan Antonio Pensado, las tierras nombradas los Ojuelos con sus campos, aguajes, pastos y abrevaderos, especifica que solamente le entrega el terreno, por el término de 5 años, que comenzarán a correr desde el día 10 de enero próximo pasado y concluirá en el año de 1818, pagándole anualmente 160 pesos; una de las condiciones es que no podrá construir casas ni oficinas de mampostería porque quedarían a beneficio de esta finca y no se le abonará cosa alguna.\t
