Alfonsa Gertrudis, vecina de Jalapa, viuda de Bartolomé Lucero, declara que por muerte de su hija recayó en ella un solar, y de él vendió 39 varas a Jerónimo Bautista el 7 de noviembre de 1768, y el resto, compuesto por 80 varas, fue vendido en pedazos que han recaído en Sebastián Bautista Lucano, como hermano y heredero del referido Jerónimo Bautista y en José Miguel Lucano, hijo de Sebastián Bautista Lucano, por compra que éste hizo de un retazo de solar, y por que ambos quieren venderlo le han pedido a la compareciente esta declaración para la validez de dicha compra.
