Catarina Antonia Ladrón de Guevara, viuda de Nicolás José Martínez, vecina de Jalapa, otorga su disposición testamentaria donde declara no tiene bienes para testar, ya que el solar que compró y en donde construyó la casa de su morada, fue con dinero de su hijo José Crisanto Martínez, el mismo que su abuela doña Ángela Francisca del Pino, le suplió por cuentas de su salarios que ganaba en su tienda, por lo cual declara que dicha propiedad pertenece a su hijo y no a su nieto Eligio José Cruz.
