Don José María Suárez, vecino del Plan del Río, otorga poder al Doctor don José María Pérez, residente en México, para que en su nombre se presente en todos los tribunales superiores e inferiores haciendo valer la acción que le compete al otorgante como contratista actual de las postas de correos de esta ciudad a Veracruz, bien sea sosteniendo que sea subsistente dicha contrata o bien consintiendo que se rescinda, precediendo la efectiva indemnización de todos los perjuicios que de esa rescisión le resultan por los gastos que tiene hechos en caballos, mulas, aperos, semillas, corrales, vegas de camalote y demás avíos.
