Francisco Antonio Gutiérrez, Teniente de Alcalde Mayor de Santiago Tuxtla en el Partido de Rinconada, dijo que por fallecimiento intestado de Bartolomé de la Riva, dueño que fue de la Rinconada, en virtud de exhorto, éste ordenó procediese al embargo de dicha venta, ganados, aperos, semillas y muebles, depositándolos en poder de Juan José Hernández, por lo que otorga que se obliga a que los bienes que quedaron por su muerte no los lastara y si por algún acontecimiento lastara alguna cantidad, se la pagará en reales.
