Teresa Fernández de Espinosa, viuda de Diego de Castro y Gamboa, junto con el Licenciado Pedro Perdomo, Cura y Juez Eclesiástico, Francisco Abadiano y Pinillos, y Blas Fernández Álvarez, albaceas testamentarios de dicho Diego, fundan la Capellanía Perpetua de Misas, para que se hagan 60 misas rezadas anuales de a 20 reales cada una, aplicando por bienes y dote 3, 000 pesos de principal y réditos de 150 pesos anuales, nombrando por primer Capellán perpetuo a Diego Gerardo de Araciel, y en caso de su muerte a Manuel Silvestre y a Juan Antonio de Araciel y como principal a Teresa Fernández, para que después de su muerte la sucedan los curas beneficiados de este pueblo.
