Isabel Tamayo, viuda de Diego Salazar, residente en la Venta del Lencero, jurisdicción de Jalapa, declaró que desde el 1 de febrero de 1616, ella y Juan Sánchez Pantigosa, vecinos de los llanos de Otzumba [Ozumba], rentaron en compañía La Venta de Lencero y se obligaron a pagar a su dueño Francisco Pérez Salazar, vecino de Los Ángeles, 250 pesos de oro común anuales; el arrendamiento fue por dos años, y al presente, han corrido tres, y solo ha pagado 450 pesos de oro común al propietario, restantes un adeudo de 300 pesos ; y por no haberlos pagado el dicho Juan Sánchez Pantigosa, ella se obligó a entregarlos al referido Francisco Pérez de Salazar, para el día de San Juan próximo venidero del presente año.
