Martín Flores, Gobernador del pueblo de Jalapa; don Nicolás Juan, don Miguel Pérez, don Alonso del Moral, Alcaldes; entre otros oficiales de la república, dijeron sin intérprete por ser ladinos, que tienen contratado vender a Manuela Barradas, viuda de Ramón Ortiz, un pedazo de solar con 20 varas de frente y 65 de fondo ubicado en la calle que va a los Tecajetes, por la casa de Domingo José de Santa María y Leonardo Ortiz; linda al oriente con solar del mencionado Domingo, al poniente con solar del pueblo y al fondo con el del mismo Domingo. La venta se hace en 29 pesos de oro común por razón de que el solar no es a propósito para los naturales por estar entre la gente de razón.
