Don Juan Montañés de la Cueva, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, como albacea y tenedor de bienes del Capitán don Luis Fernández de la Flor y Pareja de la Orden de Santiago, difunto, vende a don Gregorio Fernández Mantilla, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, unas casas de piedra y cal, cubiertas de teja, ubicadas en la Calle Real que va de Tecuanapa para los ingenios, linda por el sur con solar que fue de Miguel Ruiz, al norte con la citada Calle Real haciendo frente con la casa del Alférez Jerónimo de Acosta, al oriente con casa y solar de don Tomas de Campo y al poniente con casa y solar de los herederos de Nicolasa de Vargas, en la cantidad de 3, 100 pesos.
