Sebastiana Osorio, de esta vecindad, viuda de Miguel Miranda, maestre de sastre que fue en esta Villa, se obliga a pagar a don Fernando González Pacheco, de este comercio y vecindad, 428 pesos, cantidad que su difunto marido le quedó a deber por concepto de géneros que de su almacén le suministró, abonándole un peso mensual, y para la seguridad de la deuda hipoteca una casa ubicada es extramuros de esta Villa, en el Barrio de los Berros, la que construyó su marido en terreno perteneciente a la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia, a quien se le paga renta por el piso.
