Sebastián, Juana y Rosa María Jaimes, ésta última mujer legítima de Nicolás Infante, dijeron que por muerte de Antonio Jaimes, su padre, quedó entre sus bienes un solar que sita en este pueblo frontero de la plaza que llaman de Juan de Thormes, con 35 varas de frente y 65 de fondo, linda al norte con solar de Francisco de Thormes, al sur con solar de la mencionada Juana de Jaimes, al oriente con casa y solar de Domingo de Castro y al poniente con el callejón que baja por la cerca de don Francisco de Thormes, cuyo solar lo venden a Domingo José de Santa María, de la misma vecindad, en 79 pesos y 2 tomines de oro común que por él les ha dado.
