Don Francisco Javier López, vecino de esta Villa, como mayordomo de la Cofradía del Señor de la Santa Veracruz de esta Villa, dijo que aceptó de don Manuel Antonio de Nava, artista platero, una escritura de obligación por 450 pesos de principal con causa de réditos a 5% anuales, cuyo capital es con el que fundó una obra pía de misas en el altar de dicha cofradía el difunto Presbítero don Nicolás Ricardo Grant de Guzmán, a cuyo seguro hipotecó una casa deteriorada ubicada en la Calle del Ganado de esta Villa, por lo que cancela la escritura de obligación.
