Francisco de Orduña Castillo, administrador del ingenio de San Pedro Buenavista, propiedad de su tío el Capitán Don Diego de Orduña Loyando, y en virtud de su poder, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de Tlaxcala, 940 pesos y 3 tomines de oro común, valor de 576 panes de azúcar blanca que Don Diego de Orduña debe de los diezmos corridos de los años 1635 y 1636; más 76 pesos y 3 tomines, valor de las mieles del dicho diezmo, en esta manera: 470 pesos y 3 tomines, para de la fecha de esta escritura en cuatro meses, y los 470 pesos restantes, para el día de San Juan de junio de 1638.
