Doña María Rosalía Cándida Maldonado, mayor de 50 años, viuda de Nicolás Maldonado, natural y vecina de esta Villa, vende al Presbítero don José Joaquín Arizmendi, de esta vecindad, una casita pequeña ubicada en la Calle de la Amargura, compuesta de 19 varas de frente hacia el oriente, dicha calle en medio, linda con la casa de Pascual Cabañas; y 62 de fondo hacia el poniente, lindando con solar de don Antonio Pensado; por la banda del sur linda con casas o asesorías del enunciado pensado; por el norte con solar que fue de José Herrera. Lo vende en la cantidad de 500 pesos.
