Calixto Ventura López, vecino de este pueblo, vende a Juan de Lezama, una casa y solar en este pueblo, en la Calle Real que de la Plaza Pública va hacia Veracruz, y tiene de frente 33 varas, 21 techadas de tejas y las 12 con paredes rasas, de piedra y lodo, con rajas de cal y canto, de fondo 40 varas, linda con el solar de Juan Zapata, al frente con casa de Miguel de Soto, calle en medio, por el costado del oriente con casa de Gertrudis de Orduña, al poniente con la de Salvador de Iglesias, libre de empeño, al precio de 700 pesos.
