Doña María Pérez Cabello, vecina y natural de este pueblo de Jalapa, hija legítima de don José Pérez Cabello y doña María Nicolasa Díaz de la Cueva, viuda de don Manuel de Cabrera, realiza su testamento en donde declara por bienes la casa de su morada y su corto ajuar. Ordena se le den 25 pesos por vía de legado a su sobrina Gertrudis, hija de Pedro Vélez. Ordena impongan de sus bienes 200 pesos a favor del Convento de San Francisco de este pueblo, y 100 pesos a favor de la Cofradía de la Santa Veracruz de este pueblo. Nombra como albaceas al Señor Cura don Alonso José Gatica y a don Antonio Primo de Rivera. Nombra como heredera a su alma.
