El Capitán don Pedro José Durán, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a doña María Josefa de la Cruz, viuda de Miguel Pérez Chamorro, vecina de este pueblo, un mesón, ubicado en el barrio de arriba de este pueblo, de paredes y cubierto de tejas, que linda al oriente con la calle que sube para el Calvario y casas de Antonio de Castro, al norte con una calle y solar de don Domingo Díaz Mier, al poniente con solares de los herederos de Juan Martín Blanco y Juan de Aguilar y al sur con una casa que fue de Carlos Roso y que ahora es de Mariano Malpica, al precio de 500 pesos.
