Don José Rafael Acuña, residente en esta Villa, conjunta persona de doña María Josefa Carricarte, otorga poder especial a don Juan Miguel de Martiarena, vecino de la Puebla de los Ángeles, para que en su representación comparezca ante el Juez Ordinario Visitador de Testamentos, Capellanías y Obras Pías del arzobispado de México y cobre los 300 pesos que a su consorte le pertenecen por la declaración que en ella se hizo de huérfana en las obras pías que para dotar niñas huérfanas mandó fundar don Francisco de Ledezma, cuya declaración se hizo en 1809.\t
