José Espinosa de los Monteros, vecino y labrador de la provincia de Tlaxcala, dijo que el día 12 del presente mes y año, compró a Simón de Franqui Giovo la hacienda de labor nombrada Nuestra Señora de la Limpia Concepción, en 400 pesos de oro común, los 2 500 pesos a censo y los 1 500 en reales, pero sólo le ha dado una parte de los mismos. Y por la presente, se obligó a pagarle hasta ajustar los 1 500 pesos que le resta debiendo.
