Nicolás Tolentino [López] y María Gandurín, consortes, de esta vecindad, otorgan que han recibido de don Juan Bautista Guido, también de esta vecindad, la cantidad de 300 pesos que les ha suministrado por hacerles buena obra, los cuales pertenecen a María Dolores Fernández, hija del difunto Bonifacio Fernández, y por ser en su poder otorgan recibo en forma y se obligan a tener dicha suma por vía de depósito irregular, y para la seguridad del pago hipotecan una casa de cal y piedra cubierta de madera, ubicada en el Barrio de los Berros a la bajada de la Calle de San Miguel, cuyo terreno pertenece a la cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción, mide 10 varas de frente y 31 de fondo por donde linda con tierras de la misma cofradía, al poniente con casas de Carlos Rebolledo.
