El Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Lorenzo de Richarte y a don Juan de Frías Cartagena, residentes en la Ciudad de México, para que en su nombre parezcan en el Real Tribunal del Consulado de este Reino y en otros tribunales superiores e inferiores que convengan, en razón del pleito y demanda que le ha puesto Eugenio de Pro, acerca de la escritura de obligación que a su favor otorgó en este pueblo por 527 pesos, asimismo hagan pedimentos, requerimientos, protestas, embargos de bienes y otros sobre el mismo asunto.
