Don Juan Guerra y Ansúrez, vecino de la provincia de Tepeaca, como principal obligado, y Bernabé Martín, vecino de dicha provincia, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 363 pesos y 7 tomines de oro común, por otros tantos que valió la cantidad de semillas del diezmo del año pasado de 1679, de la Hacienda de San Pedro, Pago de San Salvador El Seco, y de la hacienda de Nicolás Machorro nombrada Ocotepec, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
