Doña Mariana Cortés, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, viuda de José Domínguez, vende a don Diego José Sánchez Pereiros, Escribano Real y Público, un solar que mide 10 varas de frente y 80 de fondo, ubicado en el barrio o callejón que sale para Chitoyaque, el cual es su lindero hacia el oriente, al poniente con solar de Pascuala “ la Cota”, al sur con solar de Pedro Gaspar Vásquez y al norte con solar de la comunidad de los indios, dicha venta la hace 100 pesos de oro común.
