Don Francisco Fernández y Agudo, Alcalde de Segunda nominación en ella, de su misma vecindad y comercio, dijo que el Ilustre Ayuntamiento de esta municipalidad ha constituido Colector de los ramos que pertenecen a sus fondos al Administrador de Alcabalas don Narciso José de Echeagaray y, siendo de ordenanza afianzar ese manejo, el comparente se ha prestado para dicha caución. Por tanto, otorga que se constituye fiador, liso, llano y principal pagador por el nominado don Narciso José de Echeagaray en razón del indicado ramo o ramos de los fondos municipales de esta villa, hasta cantidad de 1 000 pesos.
