Don Luis de Medina, presbítero, natural de la ciudad de Santiago de Guatemala, y al presente vecino de este ingenio que quedó por fin y muerte del regidor Luis Pacho Mejía, hijo legítimo de Luis de Medina y Juana de Cueto, la susodicha viva, dio su poder cumplido al Padre Predicador Fray Pedro Muñoz conventual de Jalapa, y a Don José de Medina, su hermano, para que en su nombre hagan su testamento, según las cláusulas, disposiciones y legados que les tiene comunicados; y para cumplirlo, nombró por albacea testamentario a Don José de Medina.
