Don Tomás Borro, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, con poder para testar y nombramiento de albacea, otorgado a su favor por la difunta Gertrudis de Alemán, realiza el testamento de dicha difunta, en el cual menciona que la citada Gertrudis fue casada en 2 ocasiones, la primera con Miguel de Olmedo Alcocer, y en segundo matrimonio fue con don Juan de Rojas, nombrando como herederos a Miguel José de Olmedo y Silvestre de Olmedo, sus hijos legítimos del primer matrimonio.
