Don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, Regidor perpetuo de esta Villa, dijo que por don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, en virtud de poder de don Manuel Muñiz de Cámara, se le vendió una casa inmediata a la fuente de Techacapa en esta Villa, hipotecada con 300 pesos pertenecientes a la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción de Nuestra Señora de esta Parroquia, y hallándose el compareciente mayordomo actual de dicha cofradía, declara que ha recibido dicha cantidad por lo que cancela la escritura.
