Confiesa ha sido casado dos veces, la primera con Petrona Vázquez, quien trajo como dote un macho aparejado y un caballo, y en el segundo matrimonio con la mencionada Juana, quien trajo dos mulas aparejadas; con ésta última tuvo 8 hijos y con la primera, dos hijos. Nombra como albaceas a su mujer y a Pedro de Torres y como herederos a sus hijos.
