Don Vicente Camacho, de esta vecindad, dijo que con fecha 7 de noviembre último denunció en el Juzgado de Cantón de esta ciudad las minas tituladas el Alto, San Antonio, Espíritu Santo, Guadalupe, Arena y Zaragoza ubicadas en doctrina de Tlacolulan, cuyo expediente está siguiendo sus trámites, y no pudiendo seguir gestionando por sí mismo ha resuelto dar poder a otra persona, y reduciéndolo a efecto otorga poder a don Juan Nepomuceno Herrero de esta misma vecindad, para que en su nombre continúe gestionando en dicho negocio y se lo confiere general para que pueda denunciar cualesquiera otra mina o haciendas de metales, ya estén situadas en este cantón o en otro.
