Antonia Ortiz, viuda de Juan Lázaro, vecina de esta Villa, albacea y una de las herederas del Presbítero don José Mariano de Ayala e Hidalgo, revoca el poder otorgado a don Miguel Barradas y otorga poder especial a don Domingo Manuel Cortés, de esta vecindad, para que en nombre de la otorgante concluya la testamentaria de dicho difunto instituyente y para que cobre todas las cantidades de pesos de oro, plata, joyas, mercaderías, frutos, géneros, bienes y efectos de cualquier especie que le deban, así como también, la defienda en todos sus pleitos, causas y negocios civiles o criminales, eclesiásticos y seculares.
