Don Manuel Fernández del Campo, Subdelegado del Partido de Xicayán, don José Pérez de Llera y don Juan Francisco Cardeña, dijeron que don Nicolás Manuel Fernández, padre del primero, hizo convenio con los dos últimos, pero don Nicolás vendió su casa a su hijo, por lo que se precisan a confirmar el convenio firmado anteriormente, es así como consienten que las aguas vengan unidas desde las tomas donde se reparte, en los términos referidos y si resultare un aumento, debe entenderse como remuneración en el uso que por la cañería de estos recibe Fernández, quedando enterados en que si quiere darle otro curso al agua ha de llevarla de su toma y a los otros dos les ha de quedar la que compraron a Bustillo.\t
