Pedro Carrasco, cirujano, vecino de esta provincia, recibió en arrendamiento del Bachiller Juan de Quiroz, presbítero, albacea de Alonso García de la Torre, unas casas de morada en este pueblo, de piedra y barro, cubiertas de teja, con una huerta de árboles frutales, nueve canteros de coles, lechugas y rábanos, fanega y media de maíz para zacate, 20 matas de tomate, unos plátanos de Guinea, un negro llamado Juan Bañón, y las herramientas de la huerta; dichas casas lindan con las calles real y tierras de Gabriel Ochoa, todo los cual le arrienda, por tiempo de dos años y al precio de 170 pesos de oro común anuales, pagaderos por tercios del año.
