Don Pedro Nolasco González, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, como albacea y tenedor de bienes del difunto su padre político don Juan Martín López, otorga que vende a don Matías Martínez de Espinosa, de esta propia vecindad, una casa ubicada en el Barrio de Arriba calle de la Amargura con la que hace frente al oriente, y del otro lado casa de los herederos de Simón Cabañas, al norte linda con casa de la hija heredera de doña María Josefa de la Cruz, al poniente con casa y solar que fue de Juan Aguilar, y al sur con casa y solar que fue de don Francisco Gordillo. La vende por precio de 700 pesos.
