Blas Fernández Álvarez, vecino de este pueblo, junto con Teresa Fernández de Espinosa, viuda de Diego de Castro y Gamboa, como Patrona, el Licenciado Pedro Perdomo, Cura, Francisco Abadiano y Pinillos y el declarante como albaceas y fundadores de Capellanía a favor difunto Diego, recibió 1, 000 pesos de oro común que impone y carga sobre todos sus bienes y en especial sobre la casa que posee en este pueblo, en la Calle Real del que linda con dicha calle en medio y hace frente con casa del Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, al fondo con solar y casa del Alférez Jerónimo de Acosta, al poniente con otra casa de dicho otorgante y por el oriente con casa y solar de José Antonio de Acosta.
