Juan Manuel Rodríguez, Maestro de albañilería, otorga que vende a María Antonia Cuevas, un pedazo de solar, cercado de piedra, ubicado en la calle que baja para los Berros a la vuelta de la del señor San Miguel, que se compone de 21 varas de frente que lo hace al poniente con dicha calle, y su fondo al oriente por donde linda con la barranca y caño del desagüe de Techacapa a espaldas del cuartel de la Villa, por el costado del norte linda con el que fue de Clara Amaya, y por el del sur con casa y solar de Miguel Tejada, propiedad que dicho vendedor compró a Manuel Grajales, y hoy vende libre de censo e hipoteca al precio 100 pesos, que recibió al contado.
