El Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano, dueño del ingenio nombrado San Miguel de Almolonga, hijo legítimo y heredero del Alférez Don Luis Alfonso Flores y de Doña Francisca Carrillo Altamirano, difuntos, tutor de su hermana Doña María Flores de Tovar, hija legítima de segundo matrimonio de su padre y de Doña Ana de Cártamo y Tovar, así mismo difunta, vecinos que fueron de San Salvador El Verde, jurisdicción de Huejotzingo; y usando de la facultad que tiene como tutor, dio su poder a don Francisco Flores de Miranda, su primo, vecino de la ciudad de México, para que representando su persona y la de Doña María Flores de Tovar, venda o arriende, por los plazos y precios que hallare, unas minas de plata y un molino que están en el real y jurisdicción de Zacualpa, que por herencia materna pertenecen a su parte.
