Doña María Antonia Álvarez de Guitián, viuda de don Antonio Vázquez Ruiz, residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que su tía doña María Vázquez, nombró por albacea a don Miguel de la Vega, quien falleció sin cumplir lo mandado; razón por la cual cada uno de los herederos de dicha tía le confirió poder a la otorgante para que vendiese lo que a cada uno de ellos le correspondía. Por lo tanto a través de la presente, la otorgante señala tiene vendidos 3 pedazos de solar que eran de dicha difunta, del total de la propiedad sólo quedó la casa principal y su sitio correspondiente, lo que vende al Licenciado Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, al precio de 300 pesos.
