Don Domingo Antonio de Mojo y Festa, natural del lugar de Nande Arzobispado de Santiago de Galicia en los Reinos de Casilla, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, hijo legítimo de don Alonso Mojo, difunto, y de doña María Festa, viva, otorga poder para testar a don Ventura Rosende, su primo, junto con don Juan Gómez de Estrada y don Pedro Miguel Martínez, de la misma vecindad y como heredera universal nombra a doña María Festa, su madre, y por su muerte a sus legítimos hermanos, junto con la tercera parte de sus bienes que hereda a su alma.
