El Bachiller José Francisco de Torquemada, Presbítero y vecino de este pueblo, informa que la difunta Lorenza Fernández tenía una casa y solar en este pueblo, la cual linda con solar y casa de Santiago Vázquez, callejuela en medio que baja al Convento de San Francisco de este pueblo, al norte con solar que fue de Juana de Santiago, al sur con solar y cerca de Pedro José Ramos, al oriente con solar de Francisco Carranza, tiene 32 varas, como aparece en escritura de compra que Lorenza Fernández hizo a Juana de Santiago, por lo cual ahora transfiere, a nombre de dicha difunta, a María Magdalena Luis por los gastos de funeral y méritos que hizo al servicio de la citada difunta.
