Doña Agustina [de] Zárate, y el Presbítero José María Tavera, viuda e hijo, albaceas de don José Antonio Tavera, dijeron que el finado quedó debiendo varios picos a don José Antonio de la Peña, Regidor Perpetuo Alférez Real, en su particular y como albacea de don José Antonio Liñeiro y de don Juan Gómez de Estrada, su padre político, que todos ascienden a la suma de 2 600 pesos 6 y 7 octavos reales, y como no dejó otros bienes con que satisfacer esta suma el acreedor ha querido beneficiarlos, por lo que se le otorga la correspondiente obligación con hipoteca de la casa que fue de su morada, ubicada en la Calle de San Francisco de Paula.
