Juan de la Santa Cruz Morgado, vecino del Pago de San Andrés Chalchicomula, como principal obligado, y Nicolás de Herrera Almazán, de la misma vecindad, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Masa General de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 202 pesos 7 tomines de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron las semillas del diezmo del año pasado de 1681, que compró el principal al Lic. José de Siles, presbítero, colector de diezmos, de la hacienda de Simatepec, propiedad del fiador, y de la hacienda del Bachilller Diego de Herrera Almazán, ambas en el Pago de San Andrés Chalchicomula, para fin del presente mes de diciembre del año de la data.
