Juan Pelayo Méndez, Francisco Antonio Domínguez Muñiz, Nicolás Antonio Domínguez Muñiz, junto con otros vecinos de este pueblo de Naolinco y soldados de la Compañía Miliciana Española, otorgan poder especial a Francisco de la Peña, vecino de este pueblo, para que en sus nombres y en razón del nombramiento que se le dio a Don Agustín García Campomanes, como Capitán de la Compañía, comparezca ante el Señor Virrey de este reino y su Auditor de Guerra, para que demande y alegue que dicho nombramiento se ha dado en contra de la voluntad.
