Copia de mandamiento de 21 de junio de 1687 por el cual don Melchor Portocarrero Lazo [Laso] de la Vega, Conde de Monclova, Comendador de la Zarza en la Orden y Caballería de Alcántara, Virrey y Capitán General de esta Nueva España, concede licencia a Francisco Rodríguez de Olmedo, vecino de la jurisdicción de Huatusco, para que en las tierras que tiene y posee en la jurisdicción de la villa de Córdoba, cerca de la Peñuela, Boca del Monte y Totutla, pueda sembrar caña y fundar un trapiche donde moler y hacer azúcares y panochas de la permitida.
