El Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano y su hija Doña Inés Flores Altamirano, con licencia de su padre, dieron su poder cumplido a Don Juan Leonardo de Sevilla, Procurador de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en sus nombres los defienda de cualesquier pleitos que tuvieren, especialmente, pida se ampare la dote de Doña Juana María de Ceballos y Burgos, esposa y madre de los otorgantes, hoy difunta, a fin de que quede libre de embargo. Asimismo, para que siga la postura hecha ante los señores de la Santa Inquisición sobre la hacienda de Tenampa y otros bienes que quedaron por fin y muerte de Don Claudio Teodoro de Ceballos.
