El Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano, estante en el trapiche Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, dio su poder cumplido a Francisco Flores de Castro, vecino de la ciudad de México, para que en su nombre parezca ante cualesquier tribunales y cobre las cantidades de pesos de oro, plata, joyas, esclavos, ganados y haciendas que le debieren; quite o ponga administradores en sus haciendas; y para que saque hasta la cantidad de 3000 pesos a daño, y generalmente, para en todos sus pleitos civiles y criminales.
